Did you know that if you buy direct ship and the flowers are not delivered for any reason you are out of luck. Our flowers are shipped in refrigerator truck that is specially designed for transporting flowers, so your flowers will arrive fresh and beautiful. UPS or FedEx truck are not climate controlled, Ask the ups driver how hot the back of his truck gets during the summer or better yet...ask him how freezing it is in winter. Direct ship companies say your flowers arrive "asleep" I call that wilted. Before you order with that on-line company read their guarantee. They say they are not responsible for flowers that do not arrive. We will offer our DIY brides the option of refrigeration and processing of their flowers. We are a local flower shop that you can see and touch.
